Project Introduction
The cottage villa project was built in a wooded town with a pleasant climate, designed by engineer Peyman Shahsawari. The design style of this magnificent villa is a combination of modern and post-modern architecture. The combination of wood and concrete to the exterior of this complex gives an eye-catching visual appeal and its beauty is doubled with the greenery of the garden.
In the design of the yard of this project, special attention has been paid to the green space. Distinct, valuable, and old species are located between the playground and the main building. In addition to fruit trees and decorative bushes, a summer pavilion is also considered in a part of the yard. One of the attractive parts of the complex is the lounge, which is located inside the complex on the first floor. The glass floor of the lounge and its open view maintain the connection with the pool and the outside space.
The interior of this structure is designed in such a way that balances between private and public space. For this purpose, the guest suite, caretaker's house, and multi-purpose hall (ballroom) have independent entrances. In general, the ground floor and negative one are more general floors and their design is based on modern concepts. The first floor is considered as a more private space and by using materials such as wood, it induces a sense of intimacy. In the staircase of the first floor, to transition from the cold space of the ground floor to the warm space of the first floor, black basalt stones have been used to provide mental preparation for the transition from a cold to a warm environment and vice versa. The use of different elements of light is another strength of this building. In this villa, in addition to the intelligent use of natural light and high ceiling windows, which makes the complex unnecessary for lighting equipment during the day, various types of light are used, such as linear, circular, wall hanging, and magnetic lights. Is. The double-height ceiling with 40 branch chandeliers also gives a special effect to the ground floor of this complex.
